Mr. Heimgartner is an attorney with a passion for helping people injured through the negligence of others and people accused of crimes.  He founded his law firm in 2015 after years of trial training as a Deputy Public Defender and a Deputy Prosecuting Attorney.

As an advocate of the people, Mr. Heimgartner ferociously fights for those who find themselves victims of other person's negligence and carelessness.  Thorough and efficient, he aggressively fights for his clients to see them compensated as quickly as possible, and be put onto the road to recovery.

Mr. Heimgartner is a graduate of the University of Hawaii William S. Richardson School of Law.  He received a master's degree in computer science from the University of Southern California.

Mr. Heimgartner serves his time pro bono as a court appointed arbitrator in Hawaii's Court Annexed Arbitration program.
